Counselling and Hypnotherapy in Bristol is easily accessed from my practice room in Brislington, which is easy to get to from many Bristol locations.
I work using an integrated approach. This style is flexible, and I aim to work to the unique requirements and perspectives you will have. What this means is that I'm likely to have worked with people in a situation like yours or can certainly assist you in seeking the support you require. Counselling and hypnotherapy is my passion, and I'd be delighted to find out about your circumstances to see how I might be able to help you to better your situation. If you're looking at the phone and worried about what it's going to be like to talk to someone about your concerns, give me a call, I'm happy to have a talk with you and answer any questions you might have. Counselling is also available for couples and relationship issues.
There may be any number of reasons why you could be thinking about counselling or hypnotherapy. Some typical presenting problems can be ;
Relationship difficulties, marriage or couple issues

Low self esteem or low confidence
Work related stress and other work issues.
Hypnotherapy is available for stopping smoking, though its also useful for a wide range of issues.
... and lots of ways in which ongoing issues may present themselves and the list above could go on. Alternatively, you might not even be able to put words to how you're feeling right now. Possibly only vague feelings of dis-ease and the knowledge that things just aren't right.
As a member of BACP I am bound by it's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force. I am also a counselling supervisor and am experienced particularly in supporting counsellors with workplace and couple's/ relationship work.
As well as counselling I also use hypnotherapy, and this can be used on its own or inconjunction with counselling. This is often useful for those coming with multiple issues such as relationship problems and also anxiety. This is something I would be happy to discuss at our first contact or during any ongoing sessions.
